Oats, chia and berries soaked overnight in milk and yogurt, sweetened only with banana. Ready in the fridge for busy mornings.

In a large bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
Add the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon, and stir until there are no dry clumps of chia.
Prepare the berries. Thaw frozen berries and drain them. For children under 4, flatten blueberries or cut them into quarters, and dice strawberries or raspberries small.
Divide the oat mixture between 4 small jars or containers and top with the berries.
Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the oats are soft and the chia seeds have swelled.
In the morning, stir well. For children under 2, mash with a fork or stir in a little milk for a softer texture.
Serve cold, or warm for 30 seconds in the microwave, stir, and test the temperature on the inside of your wrist. Serve while your child sits upright and supervised.
Refrigerate in sealed jars and use within 3 days, or within 1 to 2 days for children under 2. Not suitable for freezing.
Make 4 jars on Sunday for the first part of the week. This recipe has no nuts, so it suits a nut-free daycare; check the label of anything you add.
